First Solar Water Pump in Lebanon

The pump system has been registered at Lebanon's Ministry of Energy as the first solar water pump in Lebanon so that it will be the reference system for any future project in this country.

• pump system: a LORENTZ PS 1200 HR04 pumps water from a 7.0 m deep well to a roof-top tank.

• flow rate: 10 m3/day

• total pipe length: 130 m

• solar generator: 6x LORENTZ LA130-24S, fixed installation

• financed by Imam Sadr Foundation

• installed by Baran Co.

• installed in summer 2008
