Pump registration and PIN reset
With the S-Connect app, you can choose to create an access PIN to protect your LORENTZ S1-200 controller from unauthorized access. By registering your pump with your email address, you can avoid getting locked out of the pump management through the app if you lose the PIN.
Please provide your eight-digit serial number and email address. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address.
Once you have confirmed your email address, you can request a reset PIN to unlock your pump system at any time.
