Like with the S1-200 and the S1-700 pump, the Remote Tank Switch (RTS) should not be used in extremely dirty, sandy or muddy water.
If the pump is operated with liquid under normal conditions, it should not be necessary to clean the Remote Tank Switch.

Assembly steps
Important: Incorrect assembly will prevent the Remote Tank Switch from working properly.
Ensure that the paddle spring moves freely in the same direction as the flow inlet.
Reinstall the gasket carefully.
Align the direction of the arrow on the Remote Tank Switch with the arrow on the non-return valve (matching the flow direction) and tighten the top chamber with the four screws. Apply a torque of 2 N.m [1.5 lbf-ft].
