The Town of Huata is located in the northeast of Lake Titicaca with about 57 inhabitants located at 3821 meters above sea level. Electricity and water supply are a big challenge in this place. Families have to travel long distances several times a day to obtain water from Lake Titicaca. in order to compensate for the discontinuity of the existing drinking water supply. LORENTZ PS2-1800 pump has been installed to be able to pump water up to 65 meters high with a distance of 240m. The pumping system delivers a total of more than 24m3 of water per day to the population of Huata. LORENTZ solar systems provide drinking water reliably and at very low cost to residents. As children and their families do not have to fetch water every day, their level of health and sanitation can be significantly improved. TINTA technology is an engineering and consulting company reported on Huata's problematic situation to government officials and convinced them that LORENTZ solar water pumps are the right solution. The local authorities approved the concept of installing a solar water pumping solution with accessories and/or sensors for better monitoring or control as a pilot project, by using the pumpscanner application the pump is quickly configured and the parameters are set and changed if it is necessary. Installation began in November 2023 and completed in December 2023
