Surface pump system Lorentz PS2-1800 CS-F4-6 with supply of 20m3 with tank water level 0.2-1m above pump level. Pump installed above flood level in a small pumping room.
Controls: Water sensor pipe install, distribution tank full control with float valve and flow switch. The flow switch woks together with a relay with NC contact, powered by the controller on board 24Vdc 60mA power supply. The delay time for tank full is 15min. So the pump will start every 15min for about 10 sec. If there is no flow the pump will shut off and if there is flow the pump continues because the flow switch will bypass the NC contact of the relay.
The system pv generator was oversized to achieve low radiation pumping in light drizzle rain with too thick cloud coverage the pump is pumping at its minimum flow rate of around 0.5m3/h.
