Pump systems for the application of sub-irrigation in level-controlled drainage with a capacity of approx. 540 m3 / day during the growing season. System is designed for application of plots between 8-10ha, depending on the water permeability of the soil.
For water inlet, a large stainless steel pump filter with pump sleeve is used for structural cooling of the engine. The entire system with all parts and discharge pipe can be stored in the frame. System can be moved and stacked during the winter season by forklift or tractor with front loader. Ideal for practical application, where alternating cultivation means that the water requirement per plot varies per year. If a year less water is needed per day, the extra solar frame can easily be omitted to reduce pump capacity to 440m3 / day during growing season.
The system functions automatically with levelsensor in combination with constant pressure program to maintain certain level with minimum of start/stop moments.
