The S1-200 is a plug-and-play solar pump system designed for quick and easy installation. Follow these steps to install your pump in almost any clean water source:
Install the S-Connect app
IMPORTANT: Using the S-Connect app is optional, as the pump is ready to operate straight out of the box without the app.
Use this app to locally monitor and manage your pump system via Bluetooth™.Connect a hose to the pump
The HR pumps in the S1-200 range are designed for easy connection to standard 1" hoses (equivalent to a 25 mm internal diameter).
A butterfly clamp is included in the system delivery to secure the hose connection. See the following video:
Attach a safety rope to the pump
This is important for safely lowering and retrieving the pump.
Mount the S1-200 controller
For detailed guidelines, see the following article:
Connect the PV modules
Ensure correct wiring for optimal performance.
IMPORTANT: The total open-circuit voltage (Voc) of your PV array must not exceed 55 V or the controller will be damaged.
For more information, refer to the following articles:
Connect the motor cable to the S1-200 controller

For more information refer to the following articles:
IMPORTANT: If you are not using the S-Connect app, we recommend activating the accessories before continuing with step 8.
If you are using the S-Connect app, proceed with the next steps – accessory activation via the app will be done later in step 12.
If you are NOT using the S-Connect app:
Before connecting the PV cable to the controller, you must manually activate any accessories connected in Step 7 (except for the Remote Tank Switch, which can only be activated via the app).
See the following guide with videos explaining how to manually activate accessories without using the app:
Connect the PV cable to the S1-200 controller
Ensure the S1-200 controller is turned "OFF" during connection.
Position the PV modules to face the sun
Submerge the pump in water
