If your pump does not start, or delivers less water than expected, please check the following:

• Check whether all plugs are connected correctly
• Check whether there is enough irradiation
• Check whether the PV modules are dirty, shaded or not facing towards the sun
• Check whether the modules are connected in a correct way, check the input voltage of the controller
• Check whether the connected solar modules have enough power/voltage

• The plugs are wet or have not been inserted properly
• The controller is too hot and needs to cool down

• Is the pump submersed in the water? Check the water level (dry running)
• The pump is clogged with mud or sand
• The hose or pipe is blocked, twisted or kniked
• The lift is higher than the head range of the pump
